Rational Systems Private Limited was founded in 1998 by Sumit Thukral with a simple but powerful belief: that small and medium businesses deserve the same quality of IT support that large corporations enjoy — without the impersonal service, inflated costs, or helpdesk runaround.
Over three decades later, that belief hasn’t changed. What started as a one-man mission to help Delhi businesses get the most out of their technology has grown into a trusted IT partnership with 35+ companies across India, US, the UK, and Japan. I started Rational Systems Private Limited in 1998 with a single computer, a phone, and a conviction that businesses in Delhi deserved better IT support than they were getting. 27 years later, I’m still at it — and still picking up the phone myself when a client calls.
Over nearly three decades I have worked with some of Delhi’s most respected organisations — from international embassies and premium art galleries to cement manufacturers, exporters, and ambitious startups. Every one of those relationships was built the same way: by showing up, understanding the business deeply, and solving problems without jargon or unnecessary complexity.
I have seen technology change beyond recognition since 1998. Dial-up to cloud. Floppy disks to cybersecurity. Static websites to AI-powered automation. Through all of it, one thing has stayed constant — businesses don’t need technology for its own sake. They need technology that works quietly in the background, keeps their data safe, and lets their people focus on what they actually do best.
In addition to leading RSPL, I serve as IT Director Consultant with B2B Consulting Private Limited, where I advise businesses on technology strategy, infrastructure planning, and digital transformation. This association brings together IT expertise, business strategy, and legal compliance under one roof — giving clients a uniquely comprehensive advisory experience that goes well beyond standard IT support.

As a full-time Director at RSPL, Leena plays a central role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. From client relationships and operations to ensuring that every engagement meets the high standards our clients expect — she is the steady hand that keeps everything on track. Her background in hospitality has instilled in her a deep belief that technology service, like great hospitality, is ultimately about making people feel looked after.
